Royalme truly offers some of the finest wigs around, plus their customer support is top-tier. They contacted me about an order I made, and not only did they resolve the issue, but they also gave me a discount for the trouble. I've bought several wigs from them, and the quality has been consistently great. I plan to keep buying their wigs, and I really hope they expand their range to include more 12-inch styles.

First off, I gotta say this is the finest hair I've ever bought! I needed this unit for an event and was in a bit of a rush, needing it in under a week. (Seriously, it was last minute!) I reached out to the company, and they got back to me super fast. They even rushed the shipping, and I got it sooner than expected.

The packaging was stunning! The hair smelled really nice and fresh. The color matched exactly what was shown on their site. It had a nice fullness while still being perfect for everyday wear. The length was spot on and just beautiful. The hairline was already pre-plucked and pre-bleached, which was a major win for me. The lace blended seamlessly, and I didn’t experience any shedding!

The packaging was lovely too—I received a silk scarf, tweezers, and a satin wig storage bag for free with my order. I’d give it a 10/10 and will definitely be back for more!

I really wish they could improve on the coloring, particularly with how they blend their ombre styles, and it would be great if they offered more shorter options. Not everyone is into those long 18+ inch styles. Still, I keep browsing their site, hoping to find the perfect fit because I know their wigs are really well-made and don’t tangle easily.

Up to now, the ordering experience has been decent. I waited about 7-10 days for my unit, just like it said on the site. The wig was pretty nice, but I sent it back for a longer one. VIVIAN has really made this whole process smooth for me. Overall, customer service has been friendly.

I've purchased 5 wigs before. This time, though, I had to return one! There was nothing faulty with it, just that it didn't fit right! My issue is that returning it is super tough. I called, but nobody answered! I'm still hanging on for that return code!!!

I had some doubts at first because I've seen hair brands give influencers better quality than regular customers, but I ended up watching reviews from smaller channels and they really sold me on it. So, I went ahead and ordered 3 wigs, and let me tell you, they were all FANTASTIC! The best wigs I’ve ever purchased. The hairline was spot on; I didn’t have to do a thing to it. Plus, they all included an adjustable elastic band that you can take off if you want. They totally blew my expectations out of the water. So seriously, go grab that wig!

The customer service was really good, they got back to me quickly about my order. It took a week for shipping from China to Germany. The hair is lovely and super soft, and it hasn’t tangled at all so far. It arrived pre-plucked, which I appreciated. My only issue is that the lace was a bit too light for my dark skin, and my piece "Katy" isn’t completely glueless like it was supposed to be. I ended up having to use some adhesive, which I was hoping to skip. All in all, it’s a professional company with quality hair. I might just place another order!

Don't fall for the hype!!! Unless you're a YouTuber or have some other social media platform, be super cautious when placing an order with this company! I got the Kaylee wig, and it was NOTHING like what was shown in the picture or described online. It was way shorter and really thin!! I attempted to get a refund, but no luck! So bummed out.

This wig is the finest one I've ever had. Fingers crossed they bring out the side split soon. I'm totally in love with this piece.
